Not sure what you mean by "history". The NOAA reports? Plots? Something
else?

There's only a handful of possibilities:
1. If plots, they are still in your browser's cache. Hit refresh.
2. If plots or NOAA reports, you deleted something other than what you
thought you deleted. Double check that you deleted from wherever HTML_ROOT
points to.
3. The data is still in the database. Double check that the bad data is
truly gone from the database.

That's all I can come up with.
