Just in case anyone else is still having WU issues, make sure you are using the "Key" in your WU profile instead of your WU account password in weewx.conf. Login to your wunderground.com account and go to "My Devices" under "My Profile". Next to your Station ID, you will see "Key" and in my case, it is 8 characters. Use that Key for your password in weewx.conf. This is not the same as the "API Key".
