Update I stopped weewx renamed the database to weewx.sdb.old restarted weewx
Weewx started backfilling the new database with records. So I guess the problem is with a corrupt database. I have a backup taken 3 hours before the ups failed. Can I just copy this and restart? I'm really sorry if I am asking a series of dumb questions. I'm getting old and was not good at this when I was young!!!
