No idea what your problem is (though what you describe is suggestive of something having been changed) but the first thing to do is to see exactly what WeeWX is posting to Windguru. To do this edit weewx.conf, set debug = 2 and restart WeeWX. You should now find entries in the WeeWX log showing exactly what is being posted to Windguru.
