For the most part, you just install the new version, then use Python 3.

But, be sure to see the Upgrade Guide
<http://www.weewx.com/docs/upgrading.htm> and follow the upgrade notes for
all versions since V3.8. Nothing major, but you might be touched by some of
the minor issues.
