FWIW, I had a couple messages eaten right away, most recently right before my eyes after hitting send (Safari/MacOS). Basically it accepted the post, and then I saw I think 'message deleted' or the like briefly on the screen in basically a fraction of a second.
The last message had a small python patch in it for Tom, if that matters. I think the first message just asked a simple question. Might be worth posting a test message or two.
