On the quest torward the solution I found loop_on_init command. I was already looking for it as a viable solution to problem 1 but I couldn't find it in weewx.conf Finally found (my lazyness as it was in the userguide) I should add it to the general common options on top. Hopefully this will at least solve problem 1.
I'm using SQlite. As anI see, date on my station is 1 hour late. I really need an help for problem 2 'the loaded values do not show up on the html pages not in value neither in the graphs (I don't know if the database is populated correctly, but it has previously)' I experienced previously this problem (which was maybe tight to the failing driver), but I never had problem before with logging and showing sensor's data, which now seems broken.
