The upgrade do not work on my old Debian 7. So I created a new Debian (10) installing Python 3.9.
I will install the old version 3.9.2-1 on it, then I will copy the full config and database and then I will upgrade. But when I want to install this old version (weewx_3.9.2-1_all.deb) I have this error : Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done E: Unable to locate package weewx_3.9.2-1_all.deb E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'weewx_3.9.2-1_all.deb' E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'weewx_3.9.2-1_all.deb' Why ?
