None of the changes between v4.9 and v4.10 affect anything to do with altitudes or, for that matter, any of the "Current Conditions" values.
There is something wrong with your skin if it is displaying "1031.6 mbar" for altitude. Did you change the skin? Altitude is not normally displayed under "Current Conditions." I'm not sure what you mean by, "change the displayed values, for example "soilTemp1". Did you really want to change the value? Not sure why you would want to do that. Or the units?
