Not sure what you're asking for here. You said you have terminal access (but not VNC). Why not just check the SQLite database using sqlite3? Or, look at the generated webpages? You also say you "...need to find out why the data of the soil moisture sensors are not retrieved from meteotemplate." Why not ask the meteotemplate guys?
