I’m not following your question. I was able to connect to
test.mosquitto.org using the following configuration.
[MQTTSubscribeDriver]
driver = user.MQTTSubscribe
host = test.mosquitto.org
port = 8886
[[tls]]
tls_version = tls
.
.
.
