I don't have any solution except to say the WU has a lot of issues and trying to get help from them almost seems futile.
When they changed their systems last summer and required a change of password, I dutifully followed the instructions only to be met with an error message that my request could not be processed due some "temporary" problem on their end. I tried on and off over the next couple of weeks and then forgot about it. I was reminded of that a couple of weeks ago and tried again only to receive the same error message. I sent a support message through their Web site and received a boilerplate email that they'll do this, that, or the other, and since then, nothing. Oddly, my rapid fire uploads have continued to work all along. Even more interesting is that my account apparently never required an API key, just the PWS ID and my password, the same one I cannot change! Sadly, I'm not sure what the purpose of WU is these days. It seems no one is minding the store and as long as things work, it's fine, but when they don't, well, getting help seems to be too high an expectation. - Nate -- "The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds.
