Without seeing your weewx.conf, and assuming you have not modified
skin.conf, I would assume that the image size is getting overridden somehow
in weewx.conf. Inspect the [StandardReport] stanza carefully.

If you have modified Seasons/skin.conf, then the same issue could apply
there.
