Look in weewx.conf. Add options for group_speed and group_speed2 as follows:
[StdReport]
...
[[Defaults]]
...
[[[Units]]]
...
[[[[Groups]]]]
...
group_speed = km_per_hour
group_speed2 = km_per_hour2
