The above configurations, as is, has no effects. You can specify 
TimeFormats, if you are not pleased with the default ones.

It's always worth to check the

The authors invested a lot of time documenting all the features. Read it, 
you should then be able to answer the above question yourself. If questions 
remain, I'm confident you'll get detailed support here.
