I installed as I read in Debian - WeeWX 5.0

I set te permission as in Understanding permissions · weewx/weewx Wiki ·
GitHub <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Understanding-permissions>
I checked it:
$ groups
dobosi cdrom floppy sudo audio dip www-data video plugdev netdev sambashare
$ groups weewx
weewx : weewx
$ ls -la /var/www/html/weewx
total 8
drwxrwsr-x 2 weewx weewx 4096 Oct 3 17:40 .
drwxr-xr-x 3 www-data www-data 4096 Oct 3 17:40 ..
But it doesn't work. :(
$ sudo systemctl status weewx
