I have a WeatherLink Live 6100 device. For setup it requires an account 
with Davis (which is for free). WeeWX can get data from that device 
directly. There are several drivers available for that. The WeeWX built-in 
driver "vantage" is not suitable for the WeatherLink Live 6100.

I am not sure what you mean by "WeatherLink IP". There was an adapter 
"WeatherLink IP 6555" which was not a standalone device but a an adaptor to 
the old console. It is outdated and not manufactured any more.

As names are not sure, it is better to use article numbers.
