+19 seconds match exactly, the other values are very specific to the exact 
location. Vienna  had a day length of 8:21:13, Klagenfurt 8:34:13, so what 
is your exact location? The site I linked above let's you chose your 
location by coordinates also.

Where exactly in Austria?
