I have installed the new version. I have not changed the weewx.conf except

the old rtl_433 used to emit 'rain_total' for the ElectoV1. now it appears
to emit 'rain_mm' (based on the JSON you posted). so you'll need a
'deltas' section in your sdr sensor map, something like this:
[SDR]
...
[[sensor_map]]
...
[[deltas]]
rain = rain_mm
