Tom, Thank you for the reply. I decided to stop weewx and rename the old database followed by a restart with a new database, just to check that the SD card is good. I have at least established that Weewx still works so repairing the database should (I hope) get me up and running again. Before I do the rebuild, is there anything else I should try? To be honest, I am so impressed with the robustness of Weewx. 11 years without any problems, through events which took other systems down, the Raspberry Pi Model B and a Sandisk SD card just kept working. The only problem is that I have now forgotten almost everything I learned to set it up!!!
