Please note, that Debian Bullseye is an old version. End of life is 2024-08-14 (1.5 years ago) and for LTS 2026-08-14, which is in 8 months. You may want to consider trying the "Trixie" version. Then there are different sizes of the OS available at the Raspberry Pi website. I am not sure which of them contains the Skyfield package.
