This is a bit embarrassing but I can't recall the command I issues to get the errors I listed in my last post, I think it was sudo journalctl -u weewx -f I hope it was, because I went and got a copy of the skin.conf file from GitHub and overwrote the one I have on my installation, and now I get this <https://pastebin.com/Yp5G5aRs> when I run the journalctl -u weewx -f command. So, I hope that's fixed it.
