Typically folks run weewx on a small local computer such as a raspberry pi
and configure weewx up upload to an internet facing site (hosting provider,
AWS Lightsail, etc.)

I run weewx on a pi and rsync (over ssh) up to a smallest possible AWS
Lightsail minimal virtual machine. Ages and ages ago I used a couple
internet hosting providers but was not happy with their services nor
support. I've been very happy with Lightsail for a decade+ now.

There are probably dozens of alternate ways to get there.
