The archive records are arriving in sequence and none is missing. The DMPAFT timestamps look normal. However, there is one unusual thing: the timing. Unless option archive_delay <https://www.weewx.com/docs/5.3/reference/weewx-options/stdarchive/#archive_delay> has been overridden, the DMPAFT command should start 16 or 17 seconds after the minute. Instead, I'm seeing numbers all over the place. Of course, that could be because the report thread is busy.
