Have you actually seen them there? I asked an employee and he was 
pretty emphatic that they don't sell them, for whatever reason.  They 
have every other kind of Easter candy under the sun, but not peeps. I 
think CVS sells them, and they have a much smaller selection of 
Easter candy than Target.
