We can clarify this tomorrow, but my link says the reverse, so who
knows?  Was Charles Carroll the guy the county was named after?  I
didn't realize the guy the county was named after was related to the
guy that founded Georgetown.  So whichever Carroll the song is about,
that is true either way.
