he's paranoid about the flying thing because of 9/11 believe it or not, although he might be able to be convinced with enough ammunition. A shorter, closer trip might be more likely to convince him though. With all the turmoil overseas I guess he isn't comfortable--most of the turmoil seems to be in the middle east but after the bombings in London and the riots in France I can kind of understand, not that we don't have bombings here obviously. I was thinking about going to Paris in the same trip but now I think I will wait for those crazy French people to come to their senses first.
