while they dry. But I don't want clothes dripping on my apt floor
where I walk all the time, and anyway, most of my apt has carpeting,
which is even worse than floor to get wet. My mind didn't wander into
the gutter, all I said was if I did it anywhere other than the
basement I would have a very wet floor. I just meant if I air dried
my clothes in my apt the floor would be wet. Of course the floor
would be equally wet in the basement, but the basement isn't "my"
floor so I wouldn't care. I don't know how dry my basement floor is
already, it doesn't matter because I wouldn't be putting the clothes
directly on the floor! Does that make more sense?
