yes, that would be it.  Playing devil's advocate, here is a
hypothetical situation--if I was in a conversation about illegal
downloading and I mentioned that I did it and the person I was talking
to was a lawyer in the illegal downloading case, could that be used
against me?  If I say I shoplifted once because the topic was "stupid
stuff I used to do" is that enough to get me arrested?  I always
wondered about this.
