I'm in GenX and I've never downloaded music (and I don't own an MP3 player).
I think I would like an iPod, but since I listen to NPR most of the time,
I don't see a great need for one.  I have listened to online radio stations,
and the occasional song posted to a website when someone sends me a link.
If I did have an iPod, I would use it to time-shift my radio listening
through podcasts.

I do read quite a few WP.com chats, and they really vary in time.  Many are
cut short, and many scheduled for one hour run over.  I think the end-time
is up to the schedules/willingness of the producer and host.

I have a request for you Chatters.  Can you please delete the rest of the
thread when replying, or at least delete all but the part that makes your
response relevant?  I subscribe to the daily digests and I have to scroll
and scroll and scroll to get to the next message.

I like the idea of the group get-togethers, but I can't make it to the
Nationals on the 11th.  Enjoy!

Thanks,
Katie - Arlington, VA
