oh right, I remember reading that now. The wikipedia entry is very content-heavy, it's a lot to take in at once. So apparently women either shouldn't have the right to vote or shouldn't vote even if they do have the right, except her, who will vote enough to make up for the rest of her gender. Or something like that. Not that any of this was surprising, I just wasn't completely aware of the extent of her activities.
