wow that sounds awesome! Great job with including everything anyone might possibly want to know about living there. Probably the longest "roommate wanted" ad I've ever read, not that that's a bad thing. Better to state up front what you are looking for and what you have to offer than be bombarded with questions and inquiries from people who wouldn't be a good fit.
