A mighty wind is blowing, across the land and across the the sea. It's blowing peace and freedom. It's blowing you and me.
I LOVE Christopher Guest movies, and A Mighty Wind might be my favorite (watching Parker Posey doing her cheezy dance moves during the final number is enough to make me crack up). Like Ray, Waiting for Guffman is at the bottom of the pile for me (except all the lines about the DQ). It's the subtlety of the humor and the parallels to reality that make his movies hilarious. And the cast is unbelievably talented, especially considering they only work with story arcs and have no script. Ray, or anyone? Did you happen to catch the Mighty Wind tour at all? I almost peed my pants during the show. --- In [email protected], "Ellen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Wow, I can barely remember individual sound bites, forget entire > movies!
