Social commentary shouldn't be considered offensive.  If it was
there'd be no Daily Show or other late shows.  The comic strip is just
pointing something out.

Now if you had a comic strip with the Head of Berlin Transportation
coming into Hitlers office saying "I think I've solved the commute
problem." that would be offensive.
