More than the newsworthiness aspect, I really like the way this guy
writes--I can imagine that he would be fun to talk to because he talks
the way he presumably speaks, very conversationally.  He draws you
into the discussion with colloquial expressions like "You buying
this?" As opposed to "are you buying this?" which is much more formal.
 It might be an editorial since it is so subjective, but that's OK
with me.  He could be writing about the latest developments in
nanotechnology or something equally over my head but if he wrote it
like this there is a chance I might actually understand it.
