Daniel V. syndrome is someone who does really well throughout the competition, but in the end just doesn't have enough, yet, to put a collection together. I think that really young designers just have a harder time b/c they're still defining themselves and don't have a point of view yet. Daniel did consistently well in the challanges, but when it came to the runway he was just overwhelmed and didn't perform w/ the same consistency.
