There is a £ symbol above the 3. Took a while to get used to. Internet costs £2/hour, which is $3.60, which isn't bad--in the US sometimes it costs £10/hour! I needed to go online today to read Gene's chat anyway--didn't want to have to read 2 transcripts when I got back on Tuesday. London is awesome! Got here safely and I'm making all sorts of interesting discoveries. I could just sit in a cafe and listen to the accent all day. People really talk like Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson here in real life! Will tell you more when I return if you are interested.
