yeah maybe a break from the poll specifically, but of course not the chat in general. My dentist told me in no uncertain terms I have to brush with an electric toothbrush for 2 minutes, and the toothbrush has a 2 minute timer so you know when to stop. That's the generally accepted time for brushing your teeth thoroughly apparently. So I know EXACTLY how long I brush my teeth for. Before I started doing the electric toothbrush thing I had no idea, though. What does that tell you? Nothing. Only that I brush my teeth until the timer goes off. big deal.
