re: whether Bill can run for VP--isn't the rule/law that you can be elected twice but you can only serve for 10 years total? Isn't this the same as being VP, becoming pres by succession, than getting elected twice? I was under the impression that if you serve out your predecessor's term with 2 years or less you can run for 2 terms, otherwise you can only run for 1 term. So maybe he can't run for VP because he might have to serve out the pres's term with more than 2 years. Any political junkies know the specifics?
