the headline is what first caught my attention--Woodbridge Teen
Drowns During Traffic Stop. My first thought was, how do you drown
during a traffic stop? Going too fast in a speedboat? This is the
first time I've ever heard of someone drowning during a traffic
stop. Yeah, probably if he didn't know there was a river there he
wouldn't have jumped into it. I'm guessing he didn't jump in by
accident.
