yeah, sitting on a plane any longer than necessary is uncomfortable-- waiting at the gate in a lounge would be infinitely preferable IMO. If I were traveling first class (yeah, right) I would want to hang out in the airport lounge until the last minute, then board after everyone else is settled. What you are describing is an inconvenience for both the first-class and coach passengers--coach is delayed by the first class chaos, and first class is annoyed by the coach low lifes like me who are trying to get past them.
