Depends on what type he got. Some CRs are designed to stop premature 
ejaculation or to simply extend the time of intercourse. Others are 
designed to restrict bloodflow in such a way as to temporarily 
increase the girth of the head and foreskin area. And others are 
specifically for clitoral, vaginal or anal stimulation - kinda like 
those freaky-assed monkey heads and dolphin tails on vibes - and can 
do all of those functions.
