I worked briefly for a couple of TV stations after college, and most places keep a blooper tape of various reporter/anchor/camera operator screw ups. They usually break them out for the annual employee summer picnic or holiday party. Most of them have never been seen by the public, but nowadays, you botch something, and it's on YouTube in 30 minutes.
