Jeez, now you're going to get the list all serious.  Some of these
laws make sense, or at least have counterparts elsewhere.  I don't
think you can fly kites in DC, except on the Mall on the last Saturday
in March; and I only WISH spitting were outlawed in public (at least,
anywhere I am likely to be).  My reaction is invariably, "Ewww!  What
are they THINKING?"  I've never gotten an answer, either, probably
because until now I've had the good sense not to ask.
