Resolution: Rejected
As spec lead, Red Hat does not accept this TCK challenge. A full analysis is
provided in CDITCK-137. Although there is no direct evidence in the spec to
support or refute this challenge, there is strong secondary evidence that the
spec intends implementations to behave in a way as enforced by the TCK.
