Decorators.getWeldClassOfDecoratedType ignores the actuallTypeArgument on the
given Type when creating the WeldClass for extracting the WeldMethods.
Resulting in Service.on(T) = Service.on(Object). DecoratorProxyMethodHandler
can not find the called Service.on(Dog) method on the Decorator and calls the
ServiceImpl directly instead.
