SeamApplicationWrapper doesn't implement setApplication() correctly

While debugging SEAMFACES-165 I discovered that {{SeamApplicationWrapper}}
doesn't implement {{setApplication()}} correctly. The class should recreate the
locally cached {{Application}} so that future calls to {{getApplication()}}
return a correctly wrapped version of the new {{Application}} instance.
