Resolution: Won't Fix
AS6 merges all metadata for (sub)deployment, and throws an error on dups.
AS7 is per bean archive and it should work.
There is no fix for this (or it's too big of a change for AS6).
Unfortunately this means you need to adjust your deployment wrt env; AS6 vs.
AS7/GF.
