@Local doesn't have anything to do with it. I just had to remove it, because JBossAS reports an error (DeploymentUnitProcessingException: Bean class org.jboss.weld.tests.interceptors.weld1445.ButtonPressedEventHandler specifies @Local annotation, but does not implement 1 interface)
Anyway, this works on Weld 1.1.8, too. So it looks like it's a Glassfish problem.
