The NPE comes from Tomcat code base: org.apache.catalina.connector.Request.notifyAttributeAssigned. We will investigate further but it's very hard without the proper knowledge of the application. Are you sure you don't use any async or non-HTTP feature... PrimePush, websocket, etc.?
